The Wisconsin Insurance Security Fund (WISF) services the continuation of policies from the following liquidations: Lincoln Memorial (life); National States (LTC and limited medical), Penn Treaty (LTC) and Time Insurance (life and hospital indemnity) at its offices. Premium Payments

If you pay your premium by check: Your check should be made payable to the Wisconsin Insurance Security Fund. Payment should be sent to:

Premium invoices are generated twice a month and will generally arrive 15-20 days before the premium due date.

If you pay your premium through automatic bank draft: ACH withdrawals are made on the banking day closest to the due date and will be from the Wisconsin Insurance Security Fund or WISF through Johnson Bank. Please contact our office if you would like to switch to ACH.
